J&T Certified Home Inspectors was founded by James and Thomas — two licensed inspectors who believed the industry needed more transparency, more education, and more genuine care for the families they serve.
After years working for larger inspection firms, they saw firsthand how rushed inspections and boilerplate reports left buyers confused and unprotected. They set out to do it differently.
Today, J&T has completed over 2,500 residential inspections across the greater metropolitan area. Every inspection is still performed with the same thoroughness and personal attention that defined their very first one.
