Below are representative examples of how findings appear in a J&T inspection report.
Double-tapped breakers identified in main panel
Multiple circuits are connected to a single breaker, which can cause overloading and is a fire hazard. Recommend evaluation and correction by a licensed electrician.
Missing and damaged shingles on rear slope
Approximately 15–20 shingles are missing or cracked on the rear-facing slope. Active water intrusion risk. Recommend repair or replacement by a licensed roofing contractor.
Slow drain in master bathroom sink
The master bathroom sink drains slowly, indicating a partial blockage. Recommend cleaning the drain trap. No signs of leakage observed.
Air filter requires replacement
